I bought this stand mixer for home baking. Explored a lot many brands online for about a month and finally landed up with INALSA STAND MIXER. It came with very good packaging and reached on time. It's easy to use, provided with three attachments as described with the splash guard. Quite sturdy. Made the basic sponge cake for the first test. It worked well. It's little bit noisy and the main unit was little bit heated up after operating it. But overall it's a nice product, with much affordable price as compared to other brands. Can give more update after using it for some more time... I love the colour. Bought it for Rs. 8399.00 I highly recommend it!!!

The stand mixer is very easy to use and a must for kneading dough. The whisker is great for making lassi and butter and the beater is for cake batter. At high speeds the mixer shakes a bit but that's to be expected as per the manual. The suction cups hold the machine in place. The outer body is made of plastic and the beater and dough hook is not steel, so not sure how long they will last. As of now seems a great value for money and good utility.

Delivery was seamless by amazon. Product was well packed and upon opening it was absolutely brand new. used it for the first time within 2 hours delivery. Cons : The reasons why it's rated 4 and not 5 - MADE IN CHINA :Charge more and give made in INDIA or charge even more and give made in Europe / US - Light build. But no its' not bad or weak, it's light as it is not a fulll metal body. - the blades are also light. Should have been heavier to amke them feel sturdy - The speed at No1 and No2 is quite fast, real low speed 1 and 2 should have been provided Pros : - Excellent finish - absolute Value for money. Especially if you are going to use such a mixer for first time, good to buy this. The heavier ones cost too heavy on pocket. Based on initial evaluation : This is the one which will work for years if handled properly. - Easy to use - compact, a good fit for small sized homes, common across Indian citites We had excellent experience with Inalsa products earlier. Our Food processor and hand mixer lasted so long that we discarded it as we got fed up of using the same thing. :-) Expecting the same from this mixer. Inalsa should consider making available Sturdier and bigger varieties at equivalent price points.

I use it daily for atta dough mixing for a family of 4 . There is very easy mixing and very good especially for all ladies. I feel it was a must for me! Highly recommeded and you will not regret buying this! The price justifies the utility. Colour is golden and very beautiful. Easy to operate and I operate on 1st mode for routine dough making, also technician was given after delivery who guided me about the usage very well.

After goin through all the reviews I thought of purchasing This stand mixer.. however it isn’t efficient at all.. the 1000watt motor that thy have given it’s powerful at all. Moreover you have to stop using the mixer after every 6minutes. how silly can it be!! And in those 6minutes.. the cream does get whipped.. so u need to wait for the motor to cool down a bit and then start again.. Also.. THIS PRODUCT is NON-REFUNDEDABLE/ NON-RETURNABLE. So if u are unhappy with the product. Sorry u are stuck with it for life and ur money has gone waste.. The support by Amazon is another sorry story. When i booked for a technician to come and visit ..even without a visit or someone getting in touch with u.. the status shows visit completed. How lame Amazon???!? And then it’s one impossible task to get in touch with a customer service Agent to address my issue. Pathetic stand mixer from INALSA. Useful kneading, mixing and wiping appliance. Saves your precious time and energy. It will facilitate you in making dough for roti's, Cakes , bakery items .I purchased this item about four months back. So far it has not given any trouble and works as specified by the company. It has low to high speed regulation. company can think of reducing low speed further by one degree for slow mixing. Further the head tilt is abrupt when head knob is released, This can be gradual and smooth. I am not sure whether head portion can be more rigid . While in operations the head has motion specially when kneading is process is on.

I'll be honest, I got this because it was the only stand mixer available on Amazon. Ideally I would have bought the kitchen aid artisan series which is the best one by far but it sells for twice the price that in India (~250 dollars in US and Rs 46,000 here). So with that out of the way, I found this ok with most tasks and here is my feedback to help you decide. The build quality is very average. It weights just 3.3kgs and isnt stable enough than better stand mixers. As this stays fixed in its location a heavier base would mean more stability. The provided vacuum feet do help a little but this issue is very apparent when you are working with high hydration dough mixes. Additionally, its entirely plastic and the hooks provided dont inspire much confidence. The bowl doesnt have a handle so it definitely affects handling and moving stuff around. I tried a pizza dough with 65% hydration (360 gms flour and 210 gms water) and it was really struggling to incorporate the dough well towards the end. In the end, it started vibrating and walking around the counter at high speeds. The head of the mixer was also wobbling and I dont have much confidence in its long term reliability -I hope it doesnt break off one day. In the end I had to knead the dough manually for three minutes as the machine couldnt handle it. It fares better with lesser difficult tasks like cake batter and cookie dough. The second design flaw is that the dough hooks and other beaters have a large gap from the bottom of the bowl. The planetary action is good and it covers a large portion of the bowl but it missed the bottom area. I had to stop the mixing and scrape the bottom a couple of times to get good results. The final and most eggregious flaw is that there is absolutely no speed control. The lowest speed is a blitz and if you dont attach the cover you will see flour flying everywhere. What you want is to start off slow and let the ingredients mix before bumping up the speed. Here it is fourth gear from the start itself. I didnt see a lot of speed in the higher settings. You dont need a 1000w motor here, the kitchenaids have 250w motors but high torque needed to knead doughs. This is why this fails with kneading. This is why I bought this machine - to help with rotis daily and occasional pizza or pita bread dough making. It fails miserably and you have to manually take over towards the end. There you have it. I dont think you need this in your kitchen as you can do the easier tasks with a cheaper hand held mixer. Where you need it most is to save yourself ten minutes of kneading dough and this doesnt solve that problem. If you have the money to spare, get the kitchenaid mixer or carry on kneading with hand. Inalsa indulges in a very shady practice where you get 6 months extended warranty for writing a positive review here on Amazon. This probably explains glowing reviews for this mediocre piece of equipment. I returned this after testing out for various use cases. It fails while kneading dough and is unable to form nice and stretchy final product. IF you use high high hydration doughs a large mass sits at the bottom of the mixer and you have to finish it yourself. I'd suggest to get a better quality standmixer. for this price, it s a steal!!! Compared to a kitchen aid stand mixer that costs Rs86000, this is definitely an excellent purchase...its a lovely champagne gold colour...it is made of plastic,but it does not look so... it is surprisingly sturdy, works well and runs for quite long time (30mins) without heating up or shutting down.... Although it does not weigh much,the vaccum cups at the base keeps it from moving around... doesnt wobble or move around.... but if you are making chapathi dough, the upper part wobbles a bit as the fully formed dough is being thrown around... but i have used it for dough making a few times and i have not faced any issues.... its still strong😊. I have used it to make cookies, breads, cakes, frosting etc... doesnt make too much sound.... has different speed settings... sooo....if u r looking for a good stand mixer,I would definitely suggest you to go for it...
