Love these
I got these from my boyfriend to wear while he was riding his motorcycle. And these are his favorite sunglasses ever. Because they transition well and he said they could be a little darker for sunnier days. But with how they are, it works out perfectly fine? And he said, they are great top notch and definitely bang for your buck

Works Great for Me
At a glance, they look fairly cheap. I can see the glue that holds the foam to the frame. I definitely wouldn't pay what they say is the list price, but for $20, they're well worth it. I've had them for almost a year...they spent most of the Miami summer in the fabric case they come with in the saddlebag of my bike that is kept outside, and the foam hasn't shown the slightest sign of falling off. The lenses get dark enough during the day that I don't have a problem unless I'm riding directly into the sun, and they clear up enough to ride at night. They let in just enough wind to keep the lens from fogging. My eyes are too sensitive to wear contacts every day, but I like to wear them when I'm going out, and I've gone on long rides at speeds up to 70 mph without having any issues. I've seen people give negative reviews for glasses like this because they don't keep all the wind out, but they're not goggles and they don't claim to be. If your eyes have a tendency to "water so much that you can't see," you need to wear goggles or a full face helmet. Stop endangering yourself and the people around you.

Excellent glasses for Motorcycle Riding.
Excellent glasses for riding a motorcycle. I would give them 5 stars, however, they do not get very dark. Dark enough for riding with my SENA Surge open face helmet with a visor. I also believe that there are no sun adapting glasses that get really dark. But I think price wise and quality wise, these would be hard to beat. Plus they are comfortable UNDER my helmet. (I also learned to put the glasses on then the helmet, adjust the glasses afterwards. Saves on tearing up your helmet lining). Ride Safe!

Not polarized; weak, inconsistent transform to dark
What I needed/wanted: - Padded Safety glasses for dusty construction environment (z87.1 ansi) - Polarized (cuts glare, day and night) - 100% UV400 (iow, full UV protection) - Photochromic, so I can use the same safety glasses when going in and out of the sun at a construction site. - Bonus: wear them to and from said work sites on the motorcycle and when pursuing any outdoor activity. I don't know where other reviewers came up with the instructions of putting them in the freezer, then in the sun. If you Google that, it says its "urban legend". There were no instructions of any kind packaged with the glasses... duh....you put them on and wear them, right? But I did it anyway. Freezer - Sun. I live in south-central Arizona where you get boatloads of heat, sun, dust. If you face the sun, they get dark enough. If you then turn sideways to the sun, the one side now goes clear very quickly. Hey, look - If you are outside in AZ on a sunny day, you need them dark; not half dark, not halfway, half-anything. Polarization - these are not polarized. If you rotate them (on or off your head) they do not change. If you rotate them with another pair of polarized glasses behind, they should go black.... they don't. They aren't polarized. I don't have a way of checking other product claims (UV 100% protection), actual safety standard adherence. PRO: they are super comfy, lightweight and look great. People (all wearing safety glasses) said those are cool looking, where'd you get them? CON: Not polarized, transition/photochromic action is too weak, whether you freeze them or not. There is one cautionary statement on the box containing the glasses, to the effect: they may not work as well above 104 degrees F. This may mean: Don't keep these in your car on a sunny day. Dude - In AZ its over 104 every day starting in mid May for 4 months straight - temps in your vehicle will easily exceed 130 and melt stuff!! Anyway - I like these glasses...no, really. But they just aren't for me, especially advertised as polarized, but not. Good thing: Made in Taiwan - don't see that everyday, anymore.

Don't buy
They do not go dark at all not worth the money. But i can use to ride at night. Just so I don't have to go through the trouble with returning.

Good sunglasses for motorcycle riding
Good transition sunglasses for motorcycle. This is my second pair. I also have the yellow lenses that transition to dark as well that I bought at my local Harley dealer. I put these glasses in my freezer for 2 hours then placed them in the direct sunlight. I love global vision glasses for riding on my Harley. I’ve never had an issue with my yellow ones, so I don’t expect to have a problem with these either. It’s better for night riding to have the clear to dark transitions, as I feel the yellow lenses still have a little too much shading for night riding.

these are great glasses. Fit comfortably. Just what I needed. Haven’t seen them change colour yet as I haven’t used them. Will follow up.

Work great use them whenever I'm out on my bike.
