Does exactly what they are designed for. They do come with all of the need accessories including the screws. Easy to install. Good quality. Even amateur builders can use them.

Small pivot hinges.
These are perfect for my project. It looks like they will be easy to install. Just one little issue. I received 5 good pairs and 1 package with 2 of the same side.

Great when you don't want exposed hinges.
These pivot hinges were just what I needed for a pass through access door. We didn't want exposed hinges so this was the right choice. They work very well.
