A: No, they are PC 935 Black pencils.   Not 953

**Q: Several who have made this purchase say they only received one pencil instead of the posted 12.  What is the truth about this statement?**
A: There was probably a seller who made a mistake on sending 1 instead of 12, however as a seller we can confirm that this is a pack of 12

**Q: this item is non returnable. What if I get only one pencil instead of the twelve I think I am ordering? any assurance?**
A: I would hope you'd get more than 1 color. I don't know if you can pick and choose but I'm sure Prismacolor would rectify the situation.
