The heat bags from Nature Creation are the perfect example of what we all want when we see "Made In The USA" on the labels. Their heat bags are very well made with great ingredients for the filling inside. I just recently bought another 3 bags because my previous one thatbI bought from this company had finally lost it's smell, mostly due to my occasional overheating of the bag, over the years. These aromatic bags have a "shelf life", as far as the aromatherapy aspect that they deliver, and I had my previous bag since 2016! I can't read the "expiration date" on the old one but it is so well made that I will let it be for my cat as it still warms wonderfully. I have a few variations of heat bags from this brand and they are so well made, the quality of the materials, the structure of the bag for great heat coverage, the stitching and the soft elastic velcro backpack style straps on this particular heat bag. If you're looking for a great heatbag that is well made and filled with aromatics for relaxation- this is the brand for you. You won't be disappointed. 🙂

I'm replacing the one I've been using for 26 years now. Use it for chronic low back pain, hip pain, sometimes 4-6x/day. The shoulder pack is also great, but I don't use it as often, so it's still going strong. The old one still works fine, but has sprung some "leaks", and sewing them back together isn't working anymore. I literally wore it out. It's sturdy, holds a good amount of heat for about 20 minutes. Tried other styles, but they didn't come close to the heat they delivered, or the time it held heat. EXCELLENT PRODUCT, GREAT QUALITY!!!

A friend gave me this pad and I used it regularly/daily (heated) for several days to get a nagging hip issue fully resolved. It microwaves easily, and is a nice large size, and with the straps + velcro, I could keep it around my waist/hips as I moved around at home. I've also used it for upper back muscle issues, draping it down my back. I gave mine to my daughter who had a back issue and she found it super helpful too (she used it as a cold pack). So I bought another one, but ended up giving it to a friend who has joint/muscle aches and pains and he uses it alot at the end of a day of work as he finds the heat and scent helpful and calming. So I bought yet another one for myself. So be warned--you might want to just go ahead and purchase 2 up front, cuz you may end up sharing with/giving to others.

Buyer Beware! .. I have used many similar products before but this quality issue is a first I've seen and its bad!After a couple of months of use, the pad appeared dusty. I brushed it off and didn't think much of it but after a 2 week holiday where the pad was stored in a drawer, there was dust everywhere! .. small conical piles underneath the seams and throughout, top and bottom. Thought the 'natural' ingredients must have decomposed somehow, but I also noticed movement.. the dust was full of bugs and they were seeping out from inside the pad! Yuck!Check the photos! Totally gross low quality product!The positives, to be on the fair side, it comes nicely packaged and smells great! Although a bit overwhelming. Heats up ok in the microwave and careful not to use the high setting as other reviewers have experienced catastrophic results. The sealed pack was a plus as I had bought 2 and the second one is still sealed, never opened, and the same results can be seen from its clear window!

Amazing product!!! Nature Creation has been our choice since my wife found them for the first time at Queens Center Mall. Luckily, now, I am able to buy these extraordinary and therapeutic thermal packs at Amazon for a very good price. My wife is using all of them to alleviate all kind of muscular and digestive pain for the whole family. Nobody goes to sleep without their favorite warm packs! They are beautifully crafted and very resistant. Even when we may put them in the microwave many times a day, the fabric has been able to resist for many years. This is a wonderful product for people with fibromyalgia related issues. I will go on buying this product for the family and good friends.

I've had serious back problems for 40 years. I like this produce because it fits my back. In the heat of summer, this heats just the area I need instead of a large area like a heating pad. The moist heat is more effective than electric heat, and the back straps enable me to apply heat without being teathered to an electric chord: I'm free to move about the house, cook, relax, whatever. Greatest thing since sliced bread!
