This yarn is light and warm, easy to work with and excellent value for the price. It could be even softer but I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely light aran yarn
Huge amount that goes a long way when knitted. Ive knitted a whole sweater with one ball on 4.5mm needles and another ball for a large crochet shawl with pockets (on 6mm hook) I'd say its on the lighter side of aran, more like a thick DK.
