No divider and it's pretty much a clone of the old deployment bag flops down flat if nothing in it, there's a similar bag made by the same company has divider panels

Does this have a compartment for a laptop/paperwork? In my current bag books tend to get damaged

It has two side pockets that would be nig enough for your paper work sa for your laptop it would depend on the size of it. I have an apple IPad and there is more than enough room for that. Hope this helps you with your decision to purchase this item.

Is this 65lts including the pockets or is it the main bag is 65lts?

Hi I am not sure if the 65L includes the pockets. The main section is large and my gut feeling would be that the main compartment is 65L
