Wish they wouldn’t dry so fast as you are trying to place your animals paws. The ink also smudges easily even after a few days of air drying. Overall got the job done and is a cute gift idea to do with your family.

I’ve been very pleased with the quality of these no mess ink pads. I’ve been using them to paw print various items. for my dog and I’ve had no issues with the quality of the ink pad. Any issues that I’ve had him only risen from human error, where my dog slightly moving when I’m not ready yet to create a smudge, but overall the qualities is very good. I’m usually a fan of the second third or fourth paw print the best as when it has the most sometimes a little hard to see some of the details of your dogs foot you get some really cool detail before you run completely out of ink and it’s too light. so usually what I do is the first I paw print one of the cards that comes with it or something else and then my target item that I Paul printing I use with the second or third go around with that particular pad overall easy to use. The only thing you gotta do is make sure you get the right side down, which is usually clearly marked highly recommend, especially over traditional ink pads

Really hard to get a good imprint!! Used an entire pack trying to get my dogs nose /: it’s nice that it doesn’t make a mess though!

Do not recommend. As they state in the description, it is a 1 time use item. Any subsequent uses are poor quality as the ink layer is mostly gone. This is not suitable for babies, as babies do not sit still and move around a lot. You have 4 tries to get the print. Good luck!! I did not realize that the way this is used, the detail of the hand/foot print is lost as the hand is pressed on the sponge, and the sponge onto the paper. We couldt get it on the 4 tries, so it's was a waste of money. Search for ink pad instead so you have many many attempts to get it right with your little one.

Such a great keepsake There’s a small learning curve to this - make sure you push down firm on each part of baby’s hand or foot to get the best results Each lad comes with 2 pieces of paper but we found there isn’t enough ink to get 2 good prints out of one pad. Still plenty of pads and paper to get at least one good foot and one good hand print

I have bought a system like this before to great effect. These are significantly less forgiving than those were. I got them for our pets, so it might be easier with babies ... the ones I know are about as fidgety as our doggo though, so I'm not sure. The sheet of ink is very thin .. think more second skin than plastic ... so any touch is transferred and the plastic tends to stretch (depositing ink as it does so). Make sure you hold onto the frame because even a finger touching the pad for a second will make a mark. The attached picture was the absolute cleanest I could get from our whippet ... and she was reasonably compliant ... because even the slightest move while pressed will smear. So, lifting the foot off, if it's not super straight up, smears the print. Frustrating, but not necessarily a product flaw ... it's just not forving AT ALL.
