How does this part fit the opening?

It fits perfectly but The latch to open the hood is under it. Sometimes if I take my car into the dealership for service the hood notch filler will be pulled off. So later I am going to go to a body shop and tell them to bondo it and make it look like it’s apart of the hood

Do you need glue for it? If yes; does it come with one?

It doesn't come with anything you will have to use an adhesive also it is not painted it will take some body work to apply this mod to you car the correct way.

you’re best option is to buy factory paint or wrap over ...

It does it’s job but yes you can still clearly tell, you’re best option is to buy factory paint or wrap over it, which would probbaly make it a lot smoother looking, but for now I have the wrong paint and you can easily tell but if I get the factory paint it should look pretty clean it is not flush because it is rounded and curvy instead of actually trying to get the right dimensions on the cover up spot like the hood is really designed other than that I am happy and looks much better without that stupid clown nose in the front 😂👍🏻
