This massage chair has exceeded all of me and my wife’s expectations. I was a bit nervous buying this product sight unseen, but after reading a good amount of reviews on the internet I gambled and it paid off. The pressure of each massage can be adjusted to three different with level 3 being very intense. This chair will get your whole body loosened up from the bottom of your feet to your shoulders and neck. It also has a warming featured if you prefer a heated massage.The chair does not make a ton of noise when in use and my wife and I routinely watch tv while sitting in it. The chair is easy to assemble, but it has some weight to it. I needed a friend’s help to carry it up the porch stairs and into our home.If you’re on the fence on whether or not to purchase this chair, I can tell you that you will not be disappointed with this one.

Love the massage chair, and the therapeutic benefits, even has a setting for geriatric people; the chair weighs 250 lbs and vendor’s shipping/freight company was NOT helpful in getting the chair inside my home, delivered it to my front porch and took off without even as much ringing the doorbell or following delivery instructions posted to my order to help a person with disability in getting the chair inside home. The vendor experienced was lackluster due to their delivery service.

Set it up and started it, the air doesn’t seem to be working at all and I see no details on any setup for the air part of it.Support contact information is pretty confusing. When I click for support on Amazon, it takes me to a WhatsApp text. It almost seems like it’s set up to contact a single person rather than a support team. Everything is in some different language too.***Update***I ended up going to the site where you set up the warranty. Still seemed like I initially was contacting an individual rather than a support team, not a big deal. They mentioned I need to call M-F, 9-5 for help from a technician.After a bit I got a message noting that the technician was actually going to call me that day (Saturday). He did later that evening and we did a FaceTime. We took the plastic pieces off the back to expose the inside and found a connection on the motherboard was loose. It snapped into place and the air started working.Although contacting support was a bit confusing at first, they made it right and the technician was super helpful and even followed up unprompted a couple days later to check in.The chair itself is really good for the price point, though I’m wondering if the 303 model is a better value. You are paying hundreds of dollars more for this 306 model for not a ton of added features (some AI voice control functions, control panel on armrest, and a yoga setting, which I assume is the stretching option?), unsure of other differences.I’m still learning the options/settings, but so far my wishes on improving (I won’t deduct any stars for this):-I personally like the arm/hand compression. I’d like more intensity on that. The highest intensity is a bit strong on my ankles, would like to see that on the hands/arms or an option to control it air intensity for different sections. And adding a palm roller or something would be awesome.-The indent where the rollers come down to where you sit is a bit large and deep. It probably needs to be that way for those rollers, but has me slightly concerned with how that will hold up or feel over time.-Ability to lock the extension of the leg piece in place. When fully reclined, it pushes back so my upper legs and knees are bent and not really inside the padding (I’m 6’1”).All of that said, I really like it so far and glad they were able to fix my issue without having to send it back.**overall, I would buy it again if I had to go back**. What you get for the price is hard to beat without spending $10k on a chair.If I remember, I’ll update my review after a year or 2.

It took us 2 months to make the decision to purchase the IRest massage chair. No regrets here!!! We love the chair!!! We both use it daily. Delivery guys were very professional. On time. It was quick. We were not offered white glove service, but we were able to have them deliver box into the garage. Set up was easy and quick, just heavy. The chair is designed nicely on looks. (Not big, bulky and ugly as some brands.) My comments (not complaints!) are- 1) I’m 5’1”, 150 lbs. The shoulder inflating pads barely touch me. I’m disappointed because I would have liked that pressure on my shoulders. Also due to my size, my hands barely reach the correct spot for the hand. I can reach forward and it works. 2) Feet pressure and rollers are a bit intense for me. I wear heavy socks and I’m fine. It’s perfect without socks for my husband. 3) The back rollers are a bit intense for my husband. He uses the pad provided and he’s fine. It’s perfect without the pad for me. We are very pleased with the chair. My back hasn’t felt this good in a long time! Ahhhhh!!!Update- It’s almost 2 years since we purchased our massage chair. I use it everyday for 40 minutes. I haven’t had my back “go out” for a week at a time since I got the chair. I still do have back pain, but nothing like the pain I use to be in!!! I LOVE my chair!
