I'm not sure what this taste like, but it's not classic au poirve! I was so excited too. A little too sweet but salty at the same time. Creaminess was good, but didn't matter. Back to doing it from scratch

It is okay. And it is quick to use. But it isn't like the au poivre sauce I get on steaks in restaurants. Guess I need to make my own.

j'ai découvert cette sauce il y a 5ans et je ne peux plus revenir aux autres ! ce poivre (de madagascar je crois) est vraiment parfait! pas trop de beurre ni de fromage (car j'aime pas) donc vraiment parfaite ! je l'utilise en sauce avec des lardons dans des pattes en plus, donc elle passe partout ! juste dommage qu'il n'y a ait pas des pots de plus petite taille car 240g, c'est bcp et long à concerver
