Tried several different kinds of pre-pro biotics and these seem to agree with me. No smell or strange aftertaste, easy to swallow and no diahorrea! Seems to have tempered my acid reflux and other gastro-intestinal problems.

It’s a NO from me unfortunately
Didnt really see any difference in using these. I have food intolerances and hoped this might have helped after reading what they are meant to do but didn’t notice any difference.
