Natural Factors, Acidophilus & Bifidus Double Strength, Probiotic and Prebiotic Formula, 90 Capsules

This has been my go-to brand of acidophilus forever. I currently need it because of the heavy antibiotics I need to be on for several weeks. This has always prevented yeast overgrowth (in the vaginal and oral cavity). I also super appreciate the way it was wrapped to ensure it was kept cold while in transit. Excellent product . I keep it refrigerated, even before opening and after . Take one a week . I been less likely to get sick ( colds flu) while taking and I feel like I’m start too come down with something, I take one it helps, stave it off.

I've taken probiotics for many years, beginning with a very expensive brand advertised on the radio, and other brands since then. Sometimes I switch for price, or because they quit working for me or I need to increase the dose, or sometimes I get a product that might have been poorly-handled in the heat. For whatever reason, I become unhappy with a brand, so I try another one. After reading reviews this time I decided to try these by Natural Factors. I know probiotics are potent if they: Cause intestinal activity for a few days as I adjust to different organisms - these did. Keep food and environmental allergies in check - yep, working for me very well. Maintain intestinal regularity - good, just as they should. Help immunity from colds and viruses - so far so good. They're small, easy to swallow. I only need to take one a day. I like that these are in a bottle and not blister packs. The attached flip top is very convenient and easy to open. Even though you don't have to, I keep them in the fridge just to make sure they stay as potent as possible.

I like this company and thought this would be a good probiotic, I should have read full ingredients. Allergies Dairy so was worried and didn’t take! Still, probably great if you don’t have a DAIRY ALLERGY

My experience has been positive using this product.

A friend recommended I take this before heading to Mexico for a week. I took it for a month before the trip, along with during and upon return home. Two members of my family got sick with traveler's diarrhea, and I was the only one who did not (we all had bites of each other's food). Definitely worth it to escape that misery along with the importance of gut health and your immune system in 2020/2021.

My dog was struggling with paw licking and scratching and in 2 days it has stopped!! She really likes these too! I don't have to open the capsules or hide them in anything. She'll take the capsule like a treat!! My cat loves them too (but I don't give her a full cap) I'm taking them too and have noticed a decrease in my sugar cravings. I'm impressed and so grateful this helped my dog!

I am in my 20's and I recently developed acid reflux, and got prescribe medicine to help prevent it. I was also suggested to change my diet. Being that I do not want to be on medication for a long period of time, just because of my diet- you would think I'd change my diet. But I didnt want to, and started looking for alternatives to help prevent and treat acid reflux. I have always been a person susceptible to indigestion and GI issues, and after researching I decided to try these probiotics. I started with the cheaper non-double strength ones - and they worked fine, as long as I took 2, twice a day. After I realized I could get the double strength and only have to take 1 once or twice a day- I jumped on it. After trying these probiotics, I tried to find cheaper ones, but they didnt work as well as this one. After I forgot to take them on a cruise I recently went on, I thought I would be fine with just my acid reflux medicine and some pepto. NOPE. Many people know cruise ship food is NOT for people with sensitive stomachs, but all the medicine in the world could not help the GI issues I got from eating on the cruise. I was so mad I forgot my probiotics! After return from home, feeling like my stomach had been turned inside out, the first thing I did before unpack was take these probiotics. I definitely could feel a difference within a day or two. So when my boyfriend started to have gas, upset stomach, and gi issues- I forced him to take one of these a day. He still hates to take them, but knows they help! I never usually write reviews, unless I'm mad at the piece of crap I bought and had to return it. But I literally swear by this s.... Hope it works as well for you as it did for me!
