Useful, compact, convenient oven
Compact, lightweight, fits easily on kitchen counter; 5 Amp plug. Tried making muffins. Came out well. The clear see through front is useful.Tray and grill come with it. Takes a bit longer time to cook than larger more powerful ovens. For this price point; good value purchase.

great little oven, Very easy to use and I've had great baking bread results. It is big enough for bread and casseroles, does not take up much counter space and looks good as well. The oven arrived in an incredibly well packed and cushioned carton for ultimate protection. happy to have it.

Good Product
The OTG works really well. I had to replace it once because the earlier ones arrived with dents, but the final one is in perfect condition and works great and I'm happy with the product.

Perfect OTG for beginners!
I’ve been using the iBell 19L OTG mainly for baking cakes and bread, and everything has turned out really well. It’s perfect for beginners, easy to understand, lightweight, and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space in the kitchen. The price is great too, making it an excellent value for money. Highly recommend it for anyone starting out with baking.

Worst customer service
Ibell customer service is too worst, since last 3 days I m taking the follow up from customer service and no response from their side, customer care not even answering the call, also the product timer button and upper rod was defected.. Do not buy this product as the customer service department is too worst. Not answering the calls on time, not even calling back, not even giving any update on our issues related product.. Too horrible.. Please do not but this you will regret
