Very helpful for sleeping through the night. Had to stop using them for my pregnancy, but they are great. No side effects, great for sleeping. Helps calm my mind down in the evening.

Helps me fall asleep easily. I also don’t wake up as much and I’m able to sleep past 5 am. I have also noticed my anxiety has lessened. Love that they are vegan, don’t understand why a lot of these vitamins have animal products in them. Highly recommend 👍🏻

This has valerian in it I didn't realize that until after I bought it

The product was different than the original which had theanine and ashwaganda in it even though the bar code was the same. I am sure it is a good product, but they are not the same and it should be looked into. Thank you.
