Pleasant deep purple color. It’s thick enough to use by itself and good sticky for grip. I layer a regular mat on top of this mat for yin yoga and restorative which is all on the floor and I need the extra padding. Best thing is the 5x7 size. Tall people rejoice. You can do reclining spine twists or change sides on pigeon without having a body part slide off the mat onto hard floor ... which is a big deal if you’re tall or have joint problems. Very happy I can really relax with this mat instead of micro managing every asana so an ankle or knee or elbow or wrist doesn’t hit floor.All new yoga mats have a smell ... Ranging from mildly annoying to toxic. I was able to use this mat 24 hours from delivery. After a week there is still a faint odor but I’m super sensitive. Most people wouldn’t smell anything. The only minus is it’s HEAVY. I roll it up and push it under the bed but I can’t move it easily anywhere else. So be aware it weighs around 20 lbs.Happy with the purchase. It’s a quality mat and attractive color.

I was so worried when I got this, thought it was going to be super cheap just large, BUT this mat is amazing! It's the perfect firmness. NOT too hard like an exercise mat, but not one of those cheap soft foam mats that create dents and are horrible for your joints. I'm a seasoned practitioner who owns many $200 mats at my own home but I needed a XL mat for multi-purpose movement when I'm at my brother's place that matched his decor. Using this one reminded me of these pro mats my fave studio had - easy to clean, durable, no joint pain. It's not as grippy as natural rubber but close enough. The color is also beautiful - exactly what we were looking for. Didn't slip on our laminate floor.

I couldn’t be happier high quality easy to maintain, large, gorgeous jewel tones never sold by many . I am thrilled to add two go plus mats to my fitness zen zone.This is easily transportable with sturdy straps and excellent quality in both mats . I wish I bought this earlier. It’s safe to buy these mats and they stay put , your knee is kept cushioned well, so you can focus on form and execution of your workouts than worrying about an unwanted split in the mat .The price point is affordable of many mats but I love the jewel tone color.

This is actually my second time to purchase this mat. I bought one in 2020 when we all were working out at home and it was the perfect size. It is good quality and has the perfect thickness - not flimsy at all - but not too thick to where you can roll it up. As you can see it rolls up nicely for me to fit into my closet. I got it a little cheaper during COVID but to be expected that the live has gone up a little. Completely worth the money esp if you do home workouts. Worth your money!

I use it over a carpeted floor and would highly recommend!

It is heavy, durable, large. I only wish I would have bought the even larger one! My 7 year old will jump on it with me to try to work out.

I actually purchased this for my senior dogs. I have several sizes throughout my house. I needed them for their traction and non-slip capacity. I also needed something easy to clean (area rugs were no longer cutting it with senior dog accidents). I flipped this one over and used the bottom side on top, just because it seemed a bit easier to wipe down. It is quite comfortable to walk on, my dogs have no issue getting up from them and easy to clean! Good traction, not slippery at all. I can't speak to actually working out on this, but I would imagine it would be quite comfortable.
