I've used this line of switches in the past. That's the "challenge". For the price this is a great switch. Unfortunately one will need to have some older tech to support it. It does NOT come with a com cable... DB9 to RJ45... which really didn't matter as I no longer have a computer with DB9 serial connectors. If you NEED to connect I'm going to try https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078PVJ5ZQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1AMUYYA3CT6HJ&psc=1 I was able to connect by IP address. Simply connect one cable (on the bench), find what DHCP it grabs and telnet in. The web interface REQUIRES JAVA... Internet EXPLORER. must set security in java console to allow the IP address. Even then the landing page requires clicking on RUN and quickly changing tabs as the runtime java has challenges.
