The Waterdrop TSU ultra-filtration system is excellent! It fits neatly under the sink and produces crisp, clean water with no off tastes or odors. Installation was straightforward, and the filtration feels very high-quality. We never had any leaks with it, it functions well, is definitely worth the price, and it is easy to use. The ONLY thing that can be tricky.. is replacing the filters. My husband has to replace them cause I am not strong enough to pull them out when they are suctioned in there after filtering for so long. A reliable solution for safe, great-tasting water—highly recommend!

This is my personal non-professional review for what it's worth. First off I wish to start this review with a disclaimer and that is that I have not received any communication from the manufacturer of the product I'm going to review offering me any rewards for leaving a positive review as so many manufacturers seem to do in order to get a good review. About myself, I live in Kenai, Alaska and I purchase hundreds of items from Amazon annually and it's been probably more than 5 years since I have left Any reviews positive or negative but I had such a great experience with this company I felt I needed to at least leave a short review. I say that because so many companies go out of the way advertising their products as the best you can buy but then if you have a problem With their products that you have purchased good luck contacting them either by phone or email in most cases they don't respond or answer Nor will they contact you back. I purchased this water filter system on October 18th 2024 and it is currently November 30th 2025 so I have owned it for over a year now And that's important because it has gone Passed it warranty because the warranty is good for one year from the date of purchase. The reason I mention that is because after purchasing the water filter unit I had not taken it out of the box for more than a year Because I purchased it to go into my newly remodeled kitchen but the remodel of my kitchen took much longer than expected and so I had not installed it until after the warranty expired but after opening up the shipping box that it was in I noticed it was damaged from Shipping Now the manufacturer has no obligation to do anything because it's Past its warranty. So after emailing the manufacturer to my surprise I received a very nice email from customer service from a very nice lady by the name of "Becky" I don't know her last name but I could not have had any more positive experience because not only was she friendly and communicated with me several times by email that she had offered even though the warranty expired that if I just pay $29 they would ship me out a brand new unit and sure enough I paid the $29 and they did exactly that they sent me out a brand new unit and remember I live in Kenai Alaska that $29 that they charged me wouldn't even cover shipping if I mail something like that to Alaska so it basically didn't cost me anything for the replacement. I don't know if this is company policy or if I just got lucky by working with somebody as nice as Becky has been working with me so I don't know If they will do this for other people but this is my experience. And as for the unit itself it works exactly as described it was simple to set up just basically to plastic tubes for the water to go into the unit and another Tube For the water to exit the unit to come out of the faucet and what I like about it most is that it has a very good water flow you're not sitting waiting for the water To slowly come out of the faucet because it has to go through three separate filters so I'm very happy that it comes out at a very high flow rate if you have it with the faucet all the way on and the filters are easy to remove and there are no tools required you simply twist and pull out each filter for replacing it. now since I haven't used this for very long I cannot comment on how long I filter will actually last before it has to be replaced but I'm sure that has a lot to do with the water source on how good or how bad the water that is coming into your house whether it be from City or well water but it all makes a difference on how long these filters will last. So there's not much else I can say other than I'm very happy I purchased a quality product from a company that actually stands behind its products which is very rare nowadays. And I wish to make a special thank you to Becky at customer service from this company who has been outstanding in working with me for I couldn't ask for anything better. Easy to install and definitely takes the chlorine and chemical taste out of our city water.

Have been looking for an alternative to my Watts Premier RO 7-Step Filtration system that occupied my entire Double Sink Lower Cabinet. This is a Pleasant Alternative, very tidy, with Space Efficiency, and does the job, but NO STORAGE TANK, but I will live. The Waterflow through this is a Torrent of Efficiency, the INCLUDED Sink Tap is a Breeze to install, and a One-Step Water Connect via T-Valve as well, Easy Squeazzy…!! Really, a Pleasure, and the Water Tastes Efficient Enough, takes a while, Filters are Filters, Let if Rinse Through for a Few 10 min sessions, or HEY, Water your House Plants or OUTSIDE Plants…Why NOT…~! So I Highly Recommend, as the Water Connections are VERY SECURE, as the New Quick Push-In Coupling Tech is a Head Scratcher to us Old Skool Peeps…If you know what i mean, but ALL GOOD..!! ~ENJOY~!! Easy to set up - especially since I was replacing an older unit from a different company. I had one glitch. This unit’s outlet is 1/4 inch the old unit was 3/8. To make this easy on me I used a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter. Worked great. Water flow is excellent and taste is great.

I purchased this unit because of the review, cost effective, and I thought of zero waste water sounded appealing. Installation was easy enough just had to buy a few extra things from Home Depot. My husband took less than an hour to install the water filter and he doesn’t know much about plumbing. It works quietly and water stream came out fast. However, I don’t think it works like should. The water tasted better than tap water but still doesn’t taste good. I can still taste hard water which has metal flavor and thick. I tried to boil the filtered water but it still tastes metallic. Update: A sale rep contacted me after I wrote a two star review she giving me more info about what type of filter that fits with what I looked for in drinking water. She offered many options to help solving the problem. We finally agreed on the company sending extra filter refills in case the filters I have were defective. Customer service was fast responding and very helpful which was really great so I am happy to change my review from 2 to 4 stars. I wish there was more info on the product on the page for customers like me who have no idea what to look for on water filters and only thing I know is I want pure and crisps tasting water.

Not as hard to install as you might think you just need to be patient and follow the directions. This is a quality product and we love how quickly we can fill our water bottles with it. The fixture even looks nice on our sink.

This was an easy install. All the hardware needed was provided. I already had a hole available. Once installed and the initial water was run through it to clean the filters we were drinking good tasting water. We’ve been using it a month now. I recommend trying it.

Ich habe dieses Produkt bereits drei Mal gekauft und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Qualität ist konstant gut und das Produkt hält, was es verspricht. Besonders positiv möchte ich auch den Kundenservice hervorheben. Becky aus dem Kundenservice war sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird.

Impressioni Iniziali: Il pacchetto è arrivato in condizioni perfette, senza danni alla scatola, l'imballaggio è stato accurato. Il montaggio è stato un gioco da ragazzi e può essere eseguito comodamente a casa con attrezzi di uso comune. È sufficiente avere in casa un avvitatore con una punta conica. Performance del Filtro: Dopo due mesi di utilizzo, il Waterdrop TSU ha dimostrato un'eccellente performance. L'acqua esce limpida, senza tracce di calcare e con un gusto notevolmente migliorato. La chiarezza dell'acqua è quasi sorprendente, considerando la qualità variabile dell'acqua del rubinetto. Facilità di Manutenzione: Come specificano le istruzioni tra qualche mese sarà necessario sostuire i filtri (sono tre e hanno tempi di sostituzione diversi). Tuttavia, la praticità e l'efficacia del sistema giustificano ampiamente questa futura spesa. Dal punto di vista economico, sostituire i filtri si dimostra più conveniente rispetto all'acquisto continuo di bottiglie di plastica. Il y a même du ruban Teflon blanc / PTFE non nécessaire si on utilise uniquement ce qui est fourni (cas le plus probable) : Raccord avec un filtre-grille métallique et 2 réducteurs en Entrée et en Sortie 3/8-1/2" équipés joints plats (il n'y a qu'à serrer avec 2 clés plates). Il y a même 3 piles Alcalines LR6-AA ; franchement Bravo ! La seule information manquante est le trou de perçage de l'évier au diamètre 12 mm. Si la notice rapide est multilingue (dont le Français), la notice détaillée n'existe qu'en anglais (prévoir éventuellement un traducteur en ligne). Le goût de l'eau est réellement plus neutre, sans ce léger goût de chlore régulier chez nous. Ça me rappelle le goût de l'eau de Grenoble qui est parmi une des meilleures de France.
