Swelling? Go up a size
The fit runs a bit small in my opinion, I purchased for my knee and honest I should have gone up a size (because of swelling after procedure). It is easy to use (only used for ice), but because of the size running small I accidentally punctured it with my nail while pulling it up (I'm not blaming that on the quality, just the way I held it)

Works great, but cold only lasts 15-20 min.
This thing is great, love that is circumferential, gets very cold. The only down side is, true to advertisement, it really does only stay cold cold for 15-20 min. Unlike with other ice packs, you don't have to set a timer to know when to take it off, you'll know because it stops being cold. I prefer for it to stay very cold for the full 20 min icing session. But can't beat the convenience or that it wraps around the whole knee!

Exactly what I was looking for
I really like it, way better than trying to wrap a gel pack on your arm. It's cold but still comfortable enough.

Provides effective pain relief
I have two of the large sleeves that I use after running for my achilles and perineal tendons. I like the fact that it provides both ice and compression, and still allows me to walk around while wearing them. I find that 20 minutes after running and 20 minutes a few hours before running gets me set up for my next run.

Back gel Pac relief
Perfect for my lower back injury. I ordered a large and wish I had ordered and extra-large or better. It will do though and is really helping my back.

Pretty cool invention, wish it got and stayed colder longer
