Using for 6 months, mainly for car interior cleaning,does the job well, little bit noisy,easy to use,easy to clean.suction power is enough

Good suction power. But not good for home use as the design and nozzle head doesn't serve the purpose as it is too small like upholstery nozzles. Nozzle would not rotatable to reach under coat or sofa, and vaccum always falls to side while pulling and suction unit detach so easily which spill all debris to floor again. Very bad design for home use but good for vaccum a perticular area only while sitting. Do not think about carpet vaccum with this nozzle

Why did you pick this product vs others?: it gets hot and switched off automatically just within 5 minutes. it makes very loud noise. useless product

Very perfect nd best one stop solution for all our long term uncleaned household chores.easy to handle.

The suction is very good of this machine but this is unstable and not that easy to use as the machine will fall whenever you try to pull it. Wet cleaning is a hustle. Performance is good. It will heat after 15 minutes of use.

J'ai reçu le produit Black et Decker avec une fiche électrique USA. Le contact du fournisseur m'a écrit qu'il fallait que je me fournisse un adaptateur car c'est un produit d'importation USA, pourtant fabriqué en chine ! Il n'y a aucune information de cette précision dans la description, ce qui est condamnable. Je ne comprend pas les notes des acheteurs Amazon ! Un adaptateur serait le bien venu, mais surtout que les clients soient informés, comment ont fait les autres si ils sont comme moi ? Un adaptateur français lui coûterais même pas deux euro !

Stopped charging after a few months

I keep this plugged in the garage and it works great for grabbing it quick to clean up the floor of the car. Easy to empty and charged quickly. As for the length of charge, I have owned this for over 3 years and have never ran the battery out. Love that it’s cordless and very powerful.

Arrived with an American 2 pin plug!! Had to buy an adapter.
