Review: D.I.Y. Easy. - Recieved as ordered. Worked great to fill the old sprayer hole that was removed. Was very easy to install. Sealed the hole completely. The finish matched perfectly.
Review: Cute buttons! - I bought a new faucet for my bathroom pedestal sink (a single hole assembly for a 3-hole sink), and decided I wanted to go with a look a little different than an escutcheon would provide. So I shopped around for sink hole covers, and decided to go with these because 1) they appeared to look nice and 2) I liked the wider post underneath as I thought it might make fitting them less fiddly and sit more flush to the sink top (so that I might not need to caulk the covers). No idea if the wider post theory is valid in fact, but I DID find them easy to install, and they DO sit flush enough to the sink top that I haven't had any leaking issue (and didn't use any caulk, just screwed them snug). That said, I'm not a messy person and don't splash much when using the water, so YMMV. They do look very nice on my sink, flanking the chrome accented faucet and also are a good match for the chrome pop-up drain I installed. I didn't see any discoloration or flaws on them, and at the price? I consider this purchase to be a total "win" for me and my project :D

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What are the actual dimensions of this? The dimensions in the product description don't make sense.**
A: Fits a 1.5" hole, covering it an extra .25" which ads up to 1.75" as the description says.  OD (Outer diameter) which is the top chrome part is 1.75"  The "shaft" itself is .5," so there is wiggle room if you need to offset it or anything.

**Q: May I know how big a hole can this cover?**
A: 1 to 1 1/4'' diameter.

**Q: Is there a gasket or O ring under it?**
A: The gasket that comes with it is to be installed between the nut and bottom of sink or counter.  Used this way, the gasket will not seal against water getting around the threads and into the space below.  The instructions call for silicone rubber to be used between the plug and the sink/countertop.  BTW, the top is NOT metal, but is plastic with a metallic-looking finish.

**Q: Trying to find something for my bathroom top sink hole to cover up would this item work its a pretty small hole**
A: I think it could work but if your hole is the size of the hole next to your kitchen. Sink that supposed to have the soap dispenser then it would work but if the hole is bigger or smaller then it wouldn’t because this is exact fit for those holes at the kitchen sinks for the soap dispenser 

And I’m not sure what a bathroom Top sink is so I don’t know what your looking for I’m assuming you mean the hole for the drain in your bathroom sink but I’m not sure

I bought a new faucet for my bathroom pedestal sink (a single hole assembly for a 3-hole sink), and decided I wanted to go with a look a little different than an escutcheon would provide. So I shopped around for sink hole covers, and decided to go with these because 1) they appeared to look nice and 2) I liked the wider post underneath as I thought it might make fitting them less fiddly and sit more flush to the sink top (so that I might not need to caulk the covers).
