I love this set. As a problem sleeper I was looking for a simple and non-invasive or addictive sleep remedy, and someone mentioned the Sanctuary Sleep Mist. As a big fan of their gift sets, especially at Christmas, I was familiar with the quality of Sanctuary products and decided to give it a go. The sleep spray is one of two products in the set. It's got a pleasing, delicate and musky fragrance and when applied to the pillow is comforting to inhale as you drift off. I'm not saying I had more sleep since I started using it, but I've not woken up as much and the quality of my sleep seems better. The other product is a warming muscle balm, heavily scented with ginger - my favourite! And I find it really nice to apply to my upper arm and my knee, after a shower, both of which can be painful during the cold and damp. Using the set, after a both or shower, when you've got fresh bedding and clean pyjamas is absolutely the best and will definitely enhance your sleep experience. The gift set is really well prised and beautifully packaged. great to buy for someone else, or a treat for yourself.

I did read the reviews first but after years of deep insomnia I am ready to try anything at this point. The mist is a very light smell, quite pleasant and did make me feel relaxed in bed but it didn't help with the initial falling asleep, however I do use the twilight lavender spray from lush and find it works really well for helping me nodd off. The body cream, is...well... Again, a nice light scent. I put a really small blob along my arms and on my shoulders as I'm always really tense there. At first, it was really hot instantly and I did rash a little in certain sensitive skin parts of my arms and shoulders. Not painful, but quite uncomfortable. After about 30 minutes the initial burn feeling went away but my skin was quite hot to touch. Then after 60 minutes from applying it; my skin is still warm, the rash has gone away but my muscles underneath do feel quite relaxed. So even though unpleasant at first, I do believe it works and would definitely apply it again if I have sore tense muscle pains. Overall, a decent product, it isn't amazing but it does take the edge of.

The cream is very strong so if you have a pulled muscle or similar it's great but not soothing for bed time..the spray is gorgeous

Lovely gift for someone who really needs that wind down time. The smell is divine and instantly relaxes you. I even got another for myself!

I read the reviews which said use very sparingly. Product turned up a few days later and I decided to try it after my shower before going to bed. I'd forgotten all about the warnings in the reviews by this stage. Looked at the instructions for use on the packaging and placed a small blob on each arm to rub in so that the scent could ease me into slumber. I now lie here with arms burning like fire. Worse than any sunburn sensation I have ever experienced. And this is after washing the product off! I'm living a night of regrets and can only hope that either it eases or I get used to it soon. I will try again, but lesson learned. Amazon reviews should be printed on the packaging!

I love the smell of this, after weeks of bad sleep I thought I'd give this a go as I love the sanctuary range. From the 1st night I slept very well, a couple of sprays on my pillow and chilled to a movie, I dropped off to sleep no problem. The cream, I'm sure when I 1st read about the cream it mentioned "a gentle warming" but this is not what I felt, I felt a burning hot tingle and was just about coping with the sensation , gentle warming? It's more like deep heat! It did help relax my achy muscles and felt much better in the morning for another long hard shift at work.

I love this, the spray is perfect on my pillow, helps me sleep. Smells gorgeous.
