Our Cavalier is highly resistant to bathing, but combining this sprayer with a couple other tricks has made a huge difference for all of us, including the dog. This was easy to install on our shower head; I don't leave it in the shower all the time, after bathing the dog I unscrew the hose until the next dog bath. The sprayer works great! Being able to turn the water on and off right on the sprayer makes the process so much easier -- and to my surprise, the pup actually likes the massage aspect of the sprayer, and so I'm able to thoroughly wet him down and rinse him much more quickly than before. Really, this thing is great. I also purchased a suction tether, basically a slip collar with a suction cup on the end, which I attach to the shower wall. This has allowed me to work hands free and without an assistant. But the real game changer for us was putting a licky mat on the tub wall with some peanut butter on it ... pup was immediately engaged with that and never so much as turned his baby browns on me until he needed more peanut butter! We've had dogs for 40+ years and I've never had an easier bathing experience before. Highly recommended!

Works better than regular shower spray head on 6 foot hose. Has a long hose and good water pressure. doesn't spray all over and make a mess. Cleans dog well.

I rarely write reviews on Amazon but was compelled to heap praise upon the Aquapaw. Our mini husky hated bathtime and as parents we hated the process/time-consuming nature of it. This truly has made it so so so so so much easier and faster. This tool really minimizes the noise and commotion of a running bath and as a result makes the bath process much less stressful for the dog. It also is super easy to use (at least for our little guy) without one of us having to get in the tub with him. Previously we'd have to get in with him, partially fill up the tub, and then use a container to scoop water over him. This allows me to stay outside the tub and basically give him a warm water massage and it basically works as a scrubbing brush too. This tool also helps quite a bit with loosening up excess hair if you have a shed-heavy breed -- just be sure to use a fur removal brush in a contained area immediately afterwards otherwise your dog will be shedding the loosened fur excessively for a few days. Because of how easy this is to use I'd also say it's made us more receptive to giving baths more often instead of being tempted to put them off for another few days. The only downsides I've noticed so far: 1) installation was a little tricky and slightly more detailed instructions/picture tutorials would have been nice when trying to figure out where each little piece goes. Either way, it was still pretty easy to figure out even without the details. 2) this reduces the water pressure quite a bit and I can see it being tougher and more time consuming to fully bathe a larger dog since water isn't coming out from the jets very rapidly. 3) The hand strap could be a little longer. I have it on the largest/most-extended setting and it is pretty tight when I put all 4 fingers in there. I don't even have what would be considered large hands so just be warned you may have to use it without being strapped onto your wrist or with only 3 fingers in the loop. Overall I'd still totally recommend this and I only wish I had found out about it sooner!

BEST DOG WASHING SYSTEM I HAVE EVER HAD OR SEEN !! I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OVER THE YEARS AND NICE ONES TOO , LIKE OTHERS I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT PRICEPOINT OF PRODUCT. HOWEVER, I NEVER MIND PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA FOR A GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT AND THAT IS WHAT WE HAVE HERE ! BEST IN CLASS IN MY OPINION, NOW THE HUGE THING IS THIS , ANYONE THAT HAS A BACK ISSUES OR HAD ONE CREATED BY WASHING OUR LITTLE FRIENDS UNDERSTANDS PAIN ! MY BACK SOMETIMES DEPENDING DICTATES IF I WASH MY DOG WHEN I NEED TO. I MEAN THIS WASHER WORKS VERY WELL GETS SOAP OUT QUICK IT MAKES THE WHOLE THING QUICKER , AND SHE LOVES THE SILICONE FINGERS MASSAGING HER ! AND I KNOW MY DOG APPRECIATES IT TOO ! SHE HAS HIP PROBLEMS SO THIS IS A GAME CHANGING PRODUCTS , MAKES QUICK WORK OF PET BATHING NOT TO MENTION , ANYONE REMEBER ERGONOMICS ? I DO ! AND WHEN YOU WORK WITH YOUR HANDS WHOLE LIFE , THINGS THAT FIT LIKE IT IS MEANT TO BE IN MY HAND IS JUST AWSOME ! Après avoir essayer la brosse sur mes 2 chiens j'ai trouvé que le jet n'était pas assez puissant, donc pas assez efficace. Du coup j'ai souhaité le retourner mais impossible à ma grande surprise. Donc je me vois de garder un article donc je ne servirai pas.

If you have a dog, (I have 2) giving a bath is simultaneous pleasure & pain activity, Particularly cleaning the underbelly coat. I was using the handshower in the bath. But it tends to slip out of your hand or reach. This provides a hand strap which keeps the shower head buckled to the palm allowing both hands for manipulating the position of the dog, tremendously easing the bathing process and reducing the time to remove the lather. For the price, it is a wonderful accessory to have.
