can you mix this wih hot tea or only with cold drinks? Also, can you mix with plain room temperature water?

I mix with filtered water and shake. You have to drink immediately because it thickens up fast and then not easy to drink. Room temperature is best so you can drink fast. I never tried hot liquids. You can try it, but I would not recommend that.
