As someone who has a touch of OCD, I've been searching for long time to find an affordable and non-medicinal way to treat this condition. I tried many 'natural' cures: Theanine, Gaba, Magnesium Taurate, etc. While some of these worked, to a degree, they neither provided complete alleviation of symptoms nor worked for long. This summer OCD hit me rather hard, and it started to affect my work. So, I searched Google again and read every forum topic and website I could find on the subject. Inositol was mentioned multiple times and given enthusiastic approval by fellow sufferers. Fearing that it might be another false dawn, I researched Inositol extensively and found that it might indeed be useful. Without losing much time, I searched Inositol on Amazon, and bought some in powder form. After Inositol arrived, I started taking it on daily basis, every few hours. I felt better immediately. Compulsive tendencies drastically decreased and I was able to focus on my work, rather than on 'magic rituals'. I went through several 227gram jars of Inositol in a month. In a hindsight, I did overdo it a bit :) Since then, I reduced the dosage and now one jar lasts me for couple of months or so. I tried several brands of Inositol: Jarrow Formulas, Source Naturals, Now Foods, etc. I've found that powder works better for me than pills and that there is no significant different in quality between different brands of Inositol Powder. I'd say - buy whatever brand is the cheapest at the moment. Of course different people might have different opinions on the matter. I personally like the taste of Inositol but I know people who find the taste overly sweet, and prefer pills instead. My mother, who is suffering from diabetes, also started using Inositol and seems to be pleased with it. Of course Inositol is not a miracle cure for OCD or any other condition but it helps a lot and it is all I can ask for at the moment. Highly Recommended.

This stuff is awesome, I take it with glycine powder and a GABA tablet right before bed. Knocks me out. I sleep through the night. Highly recommended if you are someone who struggles with sleep
