Excellent Gaming Desktop
Runs all my games on Ultra everything and has minimal bloatware vs. my Asus and MSI comps. For those who are interested, Bannerlord runs with unlimited ragdolls (bodies) and easily handles 600+ battles. Warhammer 2 runs ultra everything as well. Mordhau and Insurgency Sandstorm also run smoothly on max settings (not very demanding games though). So as of Nov 2020 you can expect this desktop to be top tier and probably be future proof for some time. Want to add that the cooling system makes a ton of sense. It sucks in cold air from the left and shoots hot air straight up. My last gaming comp shot hot air directly below itself and since heat rises, I think that's what fried it lol. They don't have a liquid cooled version on here so the fans can get a little loud. It's about the same as an ASUS and MSI gaming comp that I had in the past though.

I have no words....
Absolutely greatest purchase I have ever made. I have the 3080 card one and this machine is a beast. Everything max ultra, smooth, I mean everything. Alienware is always my go to. But the last one I purchase had some problems. Probably due to delivery. I was to scared to open it so the 2080 super was returned. However this one I received came early. Packaged within another big box which is the best plus ever. My last one was in the original box....imagine that sitting in your front yard. Im just truly amazed by it. Not sure it has liquid cooling but so far cyber 2077 or any game temp doesn't go past 67 degrees. Really happy with this purchase. My return also went smooth. Definitely recommend.

This Ad originally Advertised this Computer with the White Chassis *UPDATED*
Now that the pictures and description accurately reflect the product you're getting: For a gaming computer, this device so far functions as desired. Had some brief weirdness early on where the computer would just shut itself off but those seem to have stopped. Kicks off a lot of heat but that's what you get with a high end gaming rig. I feel like if this is what you want, you get your moneys worth at least, so far, for the first few weeks. Now, I'd be happy to know if Dell would be willing to swap this out for a white case since the that's the one I wanted and was advertised here. We shall see.

Lightning fast and kills the competition!
My son absolutely loves this configuration! Instead of a car for his birthday, he wanted a gaming computer instead. He cannot believe how impressive and fast this thing is! The graphics card is top of the line, no doubt! Totally recommend this one for all online gaming!

NO LIQUID COOLING
The listing claims it comes with a Liquid-Cooled CPU & GPU, yet the temperatures do not reflect any Liquid Cooling has been installed. I've kept all my graphic options (in-game) at the minimum. I guess at this point... I'll just run my GPU into the floor and by the time it's dead, the 3080 will be available :) Game Examples: 1) CoD: WARZONE carries average GPU temps. of 75*C. A liquid-cooled NVIDIA 2080 Super should carry 100% resolution (at 1440p at 144 FPS ) at a temp. of sub-70*C. My brother's discount ACER gaming Laptop has better temps than the R11. I run at 75% resolution with everything set to low/off. 2) Division 2 at 74-80*C (GPU) and that's at 1440p @75% resolution with everything turned to low or off for max FPS (144). I'm expecting temps of 65-70*C - most of my raid team carry temps on their old rigs at sub 65*C. 3) AC Odessey: Forget it. 80*C minimum with everything turned to lowest/off. The Alienware Command Center (AWCC - onboard HUD & controller) lets you only adjust fan speed and overclocking limits. However, fan controls feel 100% non-responsive. There are no controls to affect any of the "supposedly" installed "liquid-cooled components." It's also a Black Chasis, not White. The RGB is only on the inner ring, the whole front facade doesn't light up as it did in its previous pictures/iterations. So other than them selling a misleading product for 1 month then changing the listing here on Amazon after the fact... ya know... shady business practices <3

BEWARE: cheap parts cripple the GPU and CPU. Support is awful
I got 2 of these for my sons and also an Alienware Laptop. They market these as high performance gaming PCs but they use cheap parts that bottleneck the potential of the CPU and GPU. the motherboard and RAM hold the GPU and CPU back from hitting the performance they are capable of if put into a better motherboard with better ram. Working with the Dell support team in india is like talking to a broken rude robot.

BEWARE - HARDWARE DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MATCH LISTING
These are being listed as shipping with a RTX 2080 Super graphics card. The one I received had a GTX 1070 graphics card instead. This is a HUGE difference especially at the price listed. Note sure if this was a one off or not but be warned. Computer is nice aside from this, design is solid and worked without issues.
