Great sweets for a sore throat
These are really good for sure throat. Natural and tasty with no sugar. They are good for the price but don't eat more than 10 a day as you might get upset stomach from the stevia

Lovely flavour, but dont eat too many in one go!
Great for trying to reduce the sugar you are consuming. They taste great to me. Just dont consume a full packet as these will aid reducing constipation rather quickly! Value is good also.

The best gentle throat soothing lozenges
There is a good reason most of the professional singers I know use these. The herbal flavour is not to everyone's taste, but they do soothe the throat and help it stay lubricated. I have used them for many years.
