My current recharagable batteies identical in description to this battery , only difference is they are 800m ah not 830 . Will it work ?

Yes they will work. The 800 MAH batteries will just have to be recharged sooner than the 830s. So you cannot talk as long before you need to put the receiver in the base unit to recharge.
