32GB of internal memory is not nearly enough
I don't really care about having the latest hardware so when I purchase a phone I try to get one that's inexpensive and will last a while, I've had this phone for around 4 years now and while it was perfectly fine at first the 32GB internal memory has become a big problem. First of all, 10gb of that internal storage is relegated to system data meaning you have 22GB available to use, and quite a substantial amount of that 22GB is spent on bloatware and pre-installed apps that you are unable to uninstall to create more room. There is space for an external memory card which can help with storage for photos and videos, but applications and cached data have to be primarily installed on the internal storage which runs out quick, and when it starts to get low, vital apps such as email start performing irregularly, with large emails getting stuck in the outbox, and notifications ceasing to function. I don't use my phone too much outside of work contacts, so I falsely assumed that the low internal memory wouldn't be an issue with a decent SD card, but I assumed wrong. It's a shame because it's not been a bad phone aside from this one very frustrating issue. In short: if you want a phone that's going to last, get something with a much larger internal memory.
