Jellycat animals in corduroy are the best night time animals for little kids. My son loves his crocodile by Jellycat and it's my favorite of their line. It's soooooo simple and squishy. I was disappointed by the tail of this Fox it has nearly no stuffing or mass as you would expect and the toy had a heavy odor...possibly due to the bag it was shipped inside. I intend to wash it like I do Groppo, my son's crocodile, once a month and starting right away... I know they say not to machine wash, just spot clean...but the crocodile holds up very well in a delicate cycle in a lingerie bag with mild soap and hanging dry on my covered back porch. It only takes a day to dry. This is intended for my 3month old second son so he can have a sweet favorite animal pal to sleep with when he transitions to sleeping in his room one day. Jelly cat cordy animals are a great value, they look perfect after many delicate washes...such is the nature of corduroy.

Authentic and good quality. I dont see the Cordy Roy collection often, so this is a nice find if you want something more unique for your Jellycat collection. Size is also decent and larger than most of the small/medium sized Jellycats. Its bright color and size would also be perfect for children to hug.

My son fell in love with Cordy immediately, and so did I. I initially thought that the $25.00 price point was a little high for a stuffed animal shaped like a fox. It's just a few threads and some stuffing, right? Wrong. Cordy is soft, and weighted in all the right areas, his feet have little beans in them, and he is very, very well crafted. Infants (0-3 months) do not learn from toys yet, they need toys which offer comfort and soothe them, which Cordy does. If I had to go say anything to the Jellycat product development team, I would thank them for helping my son transition from sleeping in a swing at night, to being able to sleep in his crib with his trusty little fox. I would thank them for helping calm my little guy down when he is inconsolable and his Cordy is there in the perfect little size for my son to hold with his arms and legs. I would say thank you for letting me get some dishes done while my son laughs and smiles with his little fox friend for a couple of extra minutes. I could go on, but $25 for this fox, is worth every penny. Honestly, if you're trying to find the perfect stuffed animal for your LO, pick whichever Jellycat Cordy you think your child with like best, because it will not only meet your expectations, it will surpass them. This brand I only just discovered because it was on my niece’s Christmas list. I can see why it’s trending. It’s super soft and the animals come in a variety of creative designs. The fox body is so different and that makes this fox so adorable! Perfect size. Not small and not giant—just right!

So soft

We bought our "Zorro" as a lovey for my son, Jude. This little orange and cream colored cutie has been an excellent tool to help transition my son from being constantly attached to Mommy's hip to sleeping alone in his crib and spending time one-on-one at Nana's house. As soon as he arrived, I slept with him for a couple of nights to make sure he had my scent. Since then he's been Jude's nightly (and travel) buddy. So even when Mommy's not there, he still has my scent and it comforts him. It's very well made. Super soft for kiddie hands and weighted down strategically with "beans" so he can sit up. But he's not so heavy that little hands can't maneuver him around or carry him. We've actually tied him inside an old pillowcase and run him through the wash on gentle. Then let him air dry. He comes through perfect every time!

Jellycat cordy fox is smooth, soft and cuddly. It does not leave fur when infants keep it in their mouth.
