Ok, perhaps too early to tell

I have tried a few magnesium products which have helped me sleep a little. But since taking these I am finally falling asleep fast, and staying asleep until my alarm goes off. They also do not upset my tummy.

Bottle came with tamper seal open, will be returning . This product has increased in price from £25 for 2 bottles in April 24 to £20.58 for 1 bottle in July! Didn’t feel any real benefit and won’t be buying again.

This supplement feels right for me and i felt the difference after using it. Had issue with my knees after hiking, since taking those, that issue dissapeared.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and I have noticed they have helped me with a deeper sleep. I read another persons review where it had made her dizzy. Well that exact same thing happened to me. I was taking the suggested dose in the AM and noticed I would feel dizzy out of nowhere, and lose my footing. I didn’t want to stop taking the magnesium because it does help me and I was tired of taking the other brand I have had for a good minute now. The other brand had bigger pills that are not so easy to swallow and you gotta take 2 in AM and 2 in the PM so it’s a lot of pills to take just to get the recommended dose of magg. So figured I would switch things around to see if it would alleviate my symptom. So what I did was just take 1 Capsule in the morning and the other at night or evening. Haven’t felt dizzy since. The directions on the bottle does not say when to take them. It just says to take 2 capsules as the dose. Anyways so far so good. Easy to swallow capsules and best part u don’t have to take so much to get the benefit of the ingredients.

I have been plagued by leg cramps so painful they would wake me in the night. In my research, I found that magnesium glycinate could help with the cramps. This seemed to help for a couple of years, but recently, I was not only getting the leg cramps, but the pain that comes after them. Often the pain that resembled the tightness and pain after a cramp would last for as much as 3 days or more. I found this magnesium supplement and decided to try it. I have been taking this supplement for a month, and I swear I have not had a leg cramp or the pain that comes after them for a month. Surprisingly, I have noticed other benefits since I have started taking two of these a day. I am 73, and refuse to limit what I do because of pain. I had been experiencing a lot of back and hip aches because I do a lot of lifting. Since taking this supplement, the back and hip pain is totally gone. In the past, I have also had some pains in my knees that happened primarily when I was carrying something heavy down stairs. These pains are also totally gone. In fact, my legs and knees actually feel stronger. As a side note, I have also noticed that I have been sleeping more hours without waking up and feel so much better when I get up. I can't honestly say what makes this supplement help so much. Maybe it's the combination of different types of calcium or the addition of the other nutrients it that may all work together. I can only tell you that this supplement has worked wonders for me. I am me again, and don't have to tolerate the pains I had before. UPDATE 8/12/20: I have had arthritic pains in one finger of one hand that caused occasional shooting pains in the finger and have also experienced some locking of the finger joints in the morning on most of my fingers. This has been happening for at least a couple of years. I have been taking this supplement for about 4 months, and recently realized I had not experienced either the locking joints or the pains in my finger. As yet, none of the other problems described above have reoccurred. I have also been sleeping more continuous hours and feel so much better. I couldn't be happier with this supplement and will continue taking it.Since adding the supplement to my daily supplement regiment is the only change I have made, I have to assume this supplement is causing all of the changes I have been noticing.
