Ladies I can definitely say i was pleasantly surprised it arrived bubble wrapped without any defects. I took out of the box and checked everything. The colors are vibrant and classy teal gray black nice combo L♡vvvv it. Sleek, sturdy, and the thick rubber is nicely placed on top, its functionality provides diverse aerobic deck positions for the entire body , and the seat has all exact degrees described for sitting, incline and decline with bands and other exercises you choose. The storage underneath seat is awesome for my resistance bands. I enjoyed the instruction book along with ideas for diff parts body use with resistance bands. Combine all this and now I'm super excited to start my newest journey with this multifunctional aerobic deck. it was a blast at the gym to use but there something AMAZING when you own your own gym equipment ♡ The weight is easy to transport ( carry it in middle safer to balance) and stores conveniently under things or against the wall. Today will try legs glutescardio with Transform it Strong i learned from Crunch - that too is phenomenal gym🏋️‍♀️ . I can only speak to the ladies since, 2020 I was overweight in late 40's so i made a decision to slowly build my own gym in garage 💪 but with heat/cold in 2024 i gave up a room bring a mini version gym inside house. Plus add You tube mirror streaming, Smart tv and dvr's etc This is my BEST life with the convenience & satisfaction of this gym equipment to add in my daily routines now. Super lightweight. Easy to assemble. The legs Literally just snap in place. Just received and I love it!

I gifted this to myself for Christmas this year and couldn't be happier! Not only is this great for step aerobics, but when the height booster is in place, it's a perfect elevation for other workouts. The adjustable back is great for working out the chest and arms. You can use dumbbells or bands, and if you do decide to use bands, there are little grooves to hold the bands in place. What's a huge plus is the storage area where you can store your bands and/or small dumbells. After my workout, I break it down (take it to its lowest height) and slide it under my bed.

Great for a smaller space or something that needs to be moved around. Love the extra storage space. Short in height and length though. I’m 5’7” and I can’t fit my feet on it with me knees bent. But I still love it. Perfect for the area I need it in.

I have used many home workout benches over the years, and this one is far superior to all the others. It is so sturdy and easy to transform from one position to the next. Plus, it comes fully assembled. Well worth the money!!!

I bot this over the popular Reebok model because of color, as it sits in an open room and I didn't want black/red. I found this model to be very sturdy with excellent features. It's easier then the Reebok one to adjust the moving parts. I am under 5'5" so for me, the size works great as an incline bench, step and all other uses. If you are taller, I'd advise to review the products measurements.

as a mother of 2 who is in medical school AND working full time i have NO TIME to even shower half the time but this is soooo convenient to have if i have a few moments in the morning or to get a quick workout in while the kids watch tv or something, it is very helpful with storage and even my kids have been able to use the step feature and bench feature, id recommend for anyone whos trying to have a little addition to their at home gym

This product is made of good quality materials. Its very sturdy and of medium-to-heavy weight (refer to details in description for exact weight ). Perfect size for a small space gym. They give you one medium starter resistance band that wasn’t effective for me in all the workout positions). But, you can always buy more that suits your needs. The price was much cheaper than their big named brand competitor, so was glad this design was not exclusive to just one company! Glad I finally decided to buy it!

I am surprisingly happy with this thing. I happened to catch it on Amazon Lightning Deals, and so glad that I did. Very sturdy, and heavy enough to hold itself in place. Love the slots that allow attachment of resistance bands for different exercises. For a couple of standing workouts I had to put weights on the bench to counter-balance, but otherwise really solid on it's own and even more so with body weight. Storage compartment was a nice bonus that I didn't even realize it had before purchase. Highly recommended buy. No assembling necessary. Amazon double boxed this package for extra protection.

This is a very well made tool. Hopefully it will be as durable for home use as it appears. The mechanism for adjusting angle is simple and sturdy. The multiple height options made it great value compared to a basic aerobic step.

Please don’t let the overtly bright yellow deter you .... this little guy is a great add to your home gym .. The bench seat is a tad smaller and my husband finds it too small in the incline position, but perfect in the full recliner . It’s versatile and allows for more motion with 3 settings of inclination. Dips and hip thirst also work great , but honestly it a bit stouter than standard and for taller person this is a issue, in any seated or supported squats. It is foldable , so it doubles as my step for aerobic exercise. Our kids also “exercises “ by using the foldable leg to incline and climb to jump off. So like I said versatile! The storage is nice especially if your gym is currently housed in your living room . Overall it’s a worth the money .

It's brilliant for.a smaller places, ease of assembly, very adjustable very sturdy great colour very versatile only problem as luckily I read about before is Watch your fingers with the folding in out of the legs. I still nearly took my fingers off. But it really is idea.
