Rimmel Lasting Finish Colour Rush Lip Color Balm, Rumor Has It, 0.095 Fluid Ounce

This is not matte and is a creamy, high shine (but no shimmer) retractable lip balm. Feels lightweight, not tacky and intensely pigmented. Even though its creamy, it doesnt bleed or feather even without a lip liner. Has a faint vanilla scent and last for 4-5 hrs without eating. After a couple of hours, the shine starts to wear off but the colour remains. Keep mauling is a beautiful neutral shade for medium skin tones and is not brownish as shown in the picture. Unlike some lip balms/liquid lipsticks, the colour remains the same and doesn’t change after application. It is affordable and gives a finish like the L’oreal Color Riche Shine-on range. It may be too creamy for peak season/monsoons, but Im wearing it in 43 degrees temp. And it looks fine. Manufacture date is 2017 and expiry is 2020.

It's really nice if you want to wear lip balm but gives Lil tint n keeps lips moisturized well go for it. Trust me I like to use it instead of lipstick most of the time.Earlier review helped me pick this shade n look forward to buy other shades as well.
