Not sure if it really works but will persevere

This is suppose to help aches and pains, appearances and more. I am trying different formats, solid and liquid to see what works for me. The bottle is 500ml and you need to take 25ml daily which I measured out using my measuring spoons I usually use for cooking ingredients. On this basis, you only get 20 days supply. Would be much better and practical if it was 30 days. There is a definite taste to it more like a medicine type taste but not awful. Not everyone will like it but just depends on how sensitive and particular you are to taste. I was ok with it. You do have to fridge the bottle once opened and consume with in 2 months. Has oil like consistency . Hoping it will help my overall health and help my appearance. Much prefer a 30 day supply option which this isn't.

The ingredients of this are great but you should check that it doesn't conflict with other vitamins you are taking since this has a lot of vitamin Bs, C and D, though you probably won't get any benefit from D unless you also take K2 along with this as it's not included. You also get 10000mg of marine collagen which is pretty high compared to other brands I've tried. The flavour is kind of gross and I definitely make faces every time I drink it, doesn't have any distinct flavour that I could pinpoint just tastes like some chemicals (soap, facewash or something) with a bit of bitterness and a bit of sweetness. There isn't a measuring cup included which I actually prefer to avoid waste, I just use a 25ml cup that came with another collagen bottle that I saved so dosing it is pretty easy, it should also be refrigerated after opening (hence the condensation in the photos).

This collagen in liquid form is much easier to take than my previous tablets. Its quite a big bottle that you get which works out very good value for money. This is halal certified which is great as I always struggle to find collagen products which are halal certified. Its too soon to tell the benefits of this collagen but so far I am very impressed with it. Highly recommended!

This is jam packed full of good stuff, I’m sure it has a noticeable effect on hair and skin, not that I’ll ever know as it tastes absolutely disgusting. The dose is 25ml too, which is an enormous volume of something that tastes like this. I can’t recommend this product, due to the flavour.

This liquid supplement is very convenient, I simply take a shot everyday and it gives me 10g, which is a sufficient daily intake alongside my normal diet. It also included supplementary components like vitamin c and silica which greatly help skin health and help synthetise collagen. It doesn't taste too bad either, I would prefer they used fewer sweeteners to keep it as pure as possible and because Stevia, although natural, has been shown to have negative effects on the heart, The bottle keeps it fresh and is easy to dispense from. At a 25ml serving, the 500ml bottle has 20 servings, making a collagen powder generally better value for money, as this doesn't even last a month unfortunately.
