I've been using the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for a couple of weeks now, and I gotta say, they’re pretty awesome. If you’re like me and get those annoying surprise pimples, these patches are a lifesaver. They’re super easy to use—just pop one on at night and let it do its thing while you sleep.The patches are made with hydrocolloid, which is a fancy term for a material that sucks up all the gunk from your pimple. It’s like magic! I noticed my pimples were less red and way smaller in the morning. Plus, since they’re fragrance-free, they don’t irritate my skin, which is a big win for me.One thing I really appreciate is that they’re a bit thicker than other patches I’ve tried. I know that sounds weird, but it actually helps them stay on better overnight. My absolute favorite pimple patches!! They stick so well and definitely do their job! I like these a lot more than the Hero brand that I had been using. I also love that they have a smaller and bigger size. This might seem silly but the way they are packaged and are supposed to be opened is very nice and convienent as well. These are cheaper than Hero but definitely do a better job. You'll definitely get your money's worth!!

I had a terrible infected pimple on my jawline that these patches not only helped to clear, but absolutely were stellar in sucking out the pus from said infected pimple. In 1-2 days I had the spot in so much better of a condition, and these patches worked a LOT better than my mighty hero ones did. (Those ones were just not sucking anything out of the pimple, it was frustrating. They usually worked well but not for this big boy pimple.)But these? Man, I slapped these babies on that pimple and boom. 3 hours later i had to change the patch cause it was so white with gunk! I absolutely recommend giving these a shot. They're comfortable too, come in two sizes for big or little spots, so you always have options depending on how big your pimples are. It's a great buy!

I don’t know if this package was old but the patches themselves stuck to the wrapper (non-adhesive side) so when k opened the paper envelope the patches all stick to the paper instead of the plastic backing. It is kind of annoying because they get mangled up trying to replace them into the plastic and they fold over, making them less sticky to the face. I ended up not being able to use about half in the first sheet I opened and purchased a different brand.

These are the absolute best pimple patches on the market! I have used these forever and I can definitely tell they work better for me than any other ones and are at a good price point. There are two sizes in the pack a big and small which work for whatever breakout I get. I don’t have any issue with them not sticking, I can wear them all day no problem.
