We get this as a subscription. Both of us take one or two tablets every night and let them dissolve in our mouths. They are awesome sleep aids. some people think 20 mg is too high but we had to get to that dose before taking melatonin did us any good. We’ve taken it for years and have not developed a tolerance to it.

I need help getting to sleep nearly every night (or day, when I work night shift), so I take these frequently. Most of the time, they are very helpful. Sometimes, I have to take them in conjunction with something else, but most of the time, they do the trick.

Works pretty good for me. I went up from the 10 MG. These seem to work better

I usually buy the 10 mg of this same brand. But the taste of the 20mg is awful!!! Will go back to the 10 mg for taste only!

Pros : Very fast acting. I have a very hard time falling asleep & was jetlagged severely after flying back from the EU to Singapore. This worked like a charm in terms of falling alseep. Cons : I did wake up after about 4-5 hours every night. But I just fall back asleep so not a super con but just something to keep in mind. Make sure you drink plenty of water the next day. Of course I do not intend to take this regularly - but it is godsend if you are jetlagged! Recommend this product :)
