Overall good product
I've ordered this product to seal powders and stuff and till now, it has been working well. It's easy to use and doesn't have any issues till now.

Product works good and is at reasonable price
Product is good and does the job as described. But unfortunately i think i received a used a dirty product. As requirement was urgent and delivery takes more days, i thought of no return or replacement as the product does it's job well. After a lot of research i finalized this product. As other sealers had shock issue and many others. These seemed to be above them all.

Good customer service
Product started burning plastic within two days of getting it. The product was returned and replaced asap with a good sealing machine.kudos to the customer care and support.i hope you guys maintain the good decorum of your service in coming days.all the best

Excellent BUT....
The product is very good but it wire is very short it is almost 2-3 mtr very short I must say btw machine is light weight overall its good

Very bad quality
It got spoiled so quick! The cloth in the machine go burnt so quick and when ever i try to press the machine there is a small fire burning fo the join I still used it but it got spoiled in 3 weaks
