Perfect for Cold-Weather Skin Care
My daughter’s skin would develop dry, white patches every winter. Mustela Stelatopia Baby Cream made her skin softer and smoother, and I recommend it!

Mustela is a brand of miracles. Huge difference in 24 hours!
This stuff is worth every. Single. Penny. My 3mo started having extremely dry patches on his forehead suddenly last week that would ooze and bleed and appeared to be very itchy. I tried Eucerins eczema cream for babies and it was SO thick that it smothered and suffocated the dry spots instead of soothing and moisturizing them. The consistency of this lotion is thin and slippery, and doesn’t leave a film after applying. It’s also fragrance free! Some fragrance free products still have a scent to them but this one smells like literally nothing. Now, I have the hydra-Bebe Mustela body lotion for babies and it’s amazing. It smells great, is SUPER hydrating and all around I found it to be worth the price. I went ahead and ordered this because I was SO desperate to help my baby get relief and this brand has won my trust in the past. Not even an hour after applying the first round of lotion to his face, I could tell a huge difference. It seemed like the patches weren’t quite as inflamed anymore and he didn’t seem to be itching so much. By the next day after applying it 3 or four more times, it’s almost completely gone! I’m seriously shocked. I had been using the Eucerine cream for a week and it only got worse and this one fixed it overnight! I’ll continue using it daily to prevent eczema flare ups. I’m a huge fan of this brand and swear by it! I’m definitely going to recommend to others in the future!

Love it for my son
My almost 2yr old has severe eczema since around 2-3months old. Everything else we tried worked for a short time and then stopped working. We tried everything, cerave, cetaphil, aveeno, aquaphor, oatmeal baths. This cream, the whole stelatopia line really has been a game changer. I literally noticed a difference within 2 days. And i stayed stocked on it since then along with the gel and oil cleanser. The scent is very light to non existent. Sometimes i can smell it and sometimes i can't. We do use a steroid cream and baking soda baths as needed for bad flares that are mostly on his legs and feet now. The stelatopia cream has a loose texture so I usually mix it with a little Vaseline healing jelly (dark blue top) and his derma smoothe oil for his entire face and body. Use the balm if you don't want to do the vaseline, i just prefer the vaseline bc it helps him a lot too vs just the balm. Now, it works great for my son with no issues, however there is something in the cream and balm that caused mostly my arms but where ever i had contact with it to break out and itch and I was breastfeeding for a year so lots of skin to skin contact, I do not typically have sensitive skin. Once I figured it out, I just tried to use a barrier like a receiving blanket until it absorbed in his skin and then I was fine. I guess i have an unknown allergy 🙃

Best baby skin care cream I have ever used
My little one had a severe baby acne on the face and rash on the back, it made my LO very uncomfortable and unable to sleep. I came across this cream @3am on the 1/7/22 while looking for a remedy, I ordered the lotion hoping it works and received my item on time, I have been using this for over 3days and my LO skin is almost clear with no itch. I am so happy, I recommend to every mom, it is worth every penny.

Great for dry skin
We love Mustela products in this house and this cream is no exception. I started out using the Hydra Bebe lotion and that was working well. Last winter I noticed my daughter getting a few dry patches here and there and I switched to this. The dry patches were gone in 1 use. I jave also used this on my own hands in the winter after doing a lot of dishes/handwashing and it really helps. I also love that it's fragrence free. It is a little spendy bur a little goes a long way. One tube of this will last you months. We love it!

Didn’t work for us, worth a try
I don’t want to say anything bad about the product just because it didn’t work for us. Unfortunately every baby is different. This was just one of the many things we tried for my son’s uncontrollable eczema. It unfortunately didn’t work and he got worse. Switching of formulas to Gerber Extensive HA (after many tries to find the right one), trimcinolone, and AquAphor was what worked for us. I did pass this along to a coworkers son who had eczema and it cleared him up in a week. Like I said, every kid is different. You just have to find what works for you.

Great product
First time parents here, just give it a chance I was going to return it cause I used it for about 4 days and the rashes comes and goes. So we decided to use it for 2 full weeks and it was gone and stay gone. Still a lot in the a bottle so we decided to give it to our loved ones to use and they loved it.

useful to ease my son's eczema
My 4months old son had serious eczema all over his body due to the prolonged cold winter. We brought him to see doctor coz he scratched his face badly and doctor said he needed to change to hypoallergenic formula but it didn't help at all. I had to apply steroid on him when his skin looked inflamed, then his skin turned very dark, it looked very scary to me. I changed his body cream from aveeno to this one, it worked very well, much smoother and finer texture than aveeno, so its absorbed better. I also applied aveeno balm on top coz its thicker and kinda give extra protection. For his face I also use the mustela facial cream which worked very well too. I mixed these cream with pure glycerin to give more moisture. I also just bought its cleansing oil for bathing, hope it will work well too. Plus using humidifier, these are the only methods to cure eczema.
