where do I find the prints for the tshirts?

you can buy HTV that already has a print on it from another fine Amazon vendor, or there are a bunch on ETSY. Just search for HTV Prints. There are some products that you can print off an inkjet printer and do a heat transfer with, but don't confuse those with sublimation - you can't do that without a special printer with special ink. Most people I know of that want a heat press make their own prints with a cutting machine like Cricut or a similar brand. There are videos of how to do all this on YouTube.

Can someone tell me what size the Allen tench is and the screws that hold it in there?

I just took the screw to a hardware store and got regular screws so I could use a screwdriver.
