When they work, they work perfectly. But after 2 months the system breaks down due to poor quality control with the production of their heating coils. The heating coils when viewed internally, are not forged properly and have fractures in their casing covers or are completely not covered in areas. This transfers unwanted heat to areas of the electronic components that fail due to overheating. When attempting to return the units, we are informed that they are past a 30 day return period even though the first event was within 45 days. I find this to be good for the manufacturer but not the consumer.

I’ve been using this machine for more than 3mo. Got a small issue with the pot, but they were able to assist although my return period had ended. Highly recommend!!

Please stay away from this product, it’s horrible the lid close too tight and it lead to pressure explore. This is extremely DANGEROUS, my employee almost get burned from the incident. I would recommend stay AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Cant recommend spending this much money for some junk that breaks in less than 6 months...bought 2 of them and both went out. Not commercial at all....

I tested the cooker when it first arrived and everything was fine. Due to the pandemic I had to shut my business down temporarily. When I went to turn it on again and it was dead. Save your money.
