Easy to use and store
Easy to use and more importantly easy to store . Happy with my purchase

Snapped on 2nd use.
Dont buy from amazon. I used this twice and it snapped, pinging springs and screws across the floor. Contacted amazon for a replacement and was told no eligible. If if have bought it from a store id have got a replacement. Not happy.

Good basic mop and bucket. Compact storage
Overall I like this product. I like the small and compact size of the bucket which means it’s lightweight and it’s economical on the water and cleaning product. The “wringer” side is really effective so you don’t end up over soaking your floors, which makes them quicker to dry. Things that I think could improve with this product. The handle only bends one way so not all the microfibre towel becomes evenly saturated and one end is harder to clean as you dip it in and out. Also the microfibre cloth could be a little bit more scrubby in my opinion. This is good for surface cleaning your floors if you need a quick clean. But for stubborn stains/ dirty floors you may need another mop as this will not give you enough traction to scrub them clean. I like it though. Glad I purchased it.

Already broken
LIke the size and the mop although keep thinking i'm going to break when it clicks. Used handful of times and hubby has just used it and got it stuck in the bucket, somehow at and angle. Tried to get it out and its broken. The actual whole head comes off handle, can you buy replacement heads?

Don't Waste Your Money.
Zero Stars. Don't waste your money. Even costs £2.80 to return the defective item!!! Quality is not very good. Only manages to wet or dry half of the mop as folding mechanism doesnt seem appropriate. Not very sturdy either given you are trying to pull it in and out. Look for a different option.

Generally works well, few moving parts and it is exactly what I was looking for. However, the quality is appalling, very thin plastic of the bucket, and as a result a crack in the seam at the bottom of it.
