Great sound and extremely convenient because of the multi CD capability. It also requires little space due to its size. Loving this machine!!

Great sound, great system, but changer stopped working after 1+ month. Considering the price a bit more use was expected.

Thought this would be a great gift for an invalid patient in a long-term care facility - she is a stroke victim, and her dominant left hand cannot be used - this is a perfect solution for her to "read" the audiobooks we purchased for her - even though "refurbished" tit is perfect in operation - Bluetooth ration gets a "1" because I am not certain it is Bluetooth capable.

Screw fell out when we opened the package. It rattled inside when you moved it. The cd that was supposed to come with it wasn’t with it. I called for support and could only talk with an automated system. So, we sent it back for a refund. We did receive our refund. Never again buy refurbished!!!

I learned to covet Bose in the 70's, when I couldn't afford one. Years later, I bought an older Bose, a single cd-player. I LOVE the sound. Now, I purchased this unit, intending to have it in the Living room of my retro home, to play my cds.Guess what it didn't.I set the time, the alarm, listened to my favorite classical music station, then put in a cd. "Disc Error." Hhmm. I just had it playing in the older Bose. Put in another. No go. One more cd, again, no go.Combined with the return shipping cost of almost $90.00 was my frustration in needing to sign for it on arrival. I work full time so asked my neighbor. He never had to as it came and was sitting on my porch when I got home from work (I put a note on the door asking to go next door for signature). It did come one day before the last day the shipping estimate said it would.I was SO PSYCHED to be getting a system that played more than one cd! And what a lovely unit! Extremely easy return through Amazon, so this was greatly appreciated due to the overall investment of money. Sure am glad that I kept the box!
