Healthy Boy Thai Mushroom Thin Soy Sauce, 10 Fl Oz, Product of Thailand (Pack of 1)

This Thai mushroom soy sauce is very flavorful. I was really surprised on how it elevated my Thai fried rice to something that I didn’t expect. It’s sweet but not salty. The mushroom flavor comes through without being overpowering. Also, a little goes a long way, so you don’t have to use a lot to get great results. My only regret is that I didn’t buy the larger bottle, but I will do that next time. Highly recommend buying this soy sauce.

My local only has the huge liter size, the smaller bottle is perfect. This is the soy sauce you've been looking for! It's still salty, but unlike kikoman, its softer, more complex -doesn't taste of mushrooms- and doesn't punch you in the mouth with salt and no flavor. This so much better with dumplings, stir fries, noodles and especially soups!! I've started using it on sushi rolls and you can still taste the fish along with the soy. Just an amazing ancient soy

Was recommended this by family member. This stuff is great, has an extra element of depth and umami to it. Maybe even a little sweetness. It is a more complex flavor than standard soy sauce and doesn't have that sharp edge that many other mass market sauces have. I find this to be more versatile as a seasoning and have added it to many other dishes to add salt and a bit of a flavor base. Highly recommend trying it. Likely able to find this or something similar for a better price at a local asian grocery store.
