Pleasant tasting. I take it to quiet my mind before going to bed. It says to take 3 a day but I only take 2 and it works fine. Price is average I think it's worth it.

Magnesium is very necessary for your body being able to fight off bacterial infections. It also prevents cramping. It's good to have it around and use it when needed. People are not getting enough magnesium because they're not eating enough green vegetables. Green vegetables contain chlorophyll and the center of chlorophyll is a magnesium atom. Eat your veggies and if you feel like you might be short take some of these or take them regularly to make up for the fact that you're not living in China or Thailand or some other country that has a lot of tasty, inexpensive, vegetables.

I feel I must warn people these are gross tasting. My teen daughter and I have chronic health issues and we take many supplements. We buy chewables and sublinguals because we have very slow motility ( gastroparesis). There are NOT many magnesium chewables and most aren't that good tasting for some reason. The brand we were using was out of stock so we tried these. These are at the bottom of the ranking for us. Every day when we take these ( 2x a day) my daughter and I look at eachother with fear, like we might not make it another day. "Just remember I love you" then we injest the dreaded gummy and see who gags the most. We are going to continue this bottle until its gone ( because we must like to torture ourselves) and hope our old brand or another brand is available. We found we can tolerate these when we take them WITH a chewable MINT Pepcid. But if I have not been clear enough, the taste is just a big NO. They should really consider changing it. P.s. i just read other reviews that said that the whole bottle equals 900 mg. Each gummie is about 33mg. WTF? We normally take 500 mg 2x daily for our mito issues and apparently have not been getting our needed dosage. What a scam. Grrrrrrrrrrr
