Ground Sumac - 40 gr

This was recommended to me to use it for marinades. However, I wish I didn’t listen - the taste is awful. Had to throw it out.

The sumac was too coarse, however the taste was exactly what I was looking for.The coarseness resulted in too much of sumac landing in one place and even though the taste was spot on, there was too much of it on the dish.
