Doe Not work for JD freedom deck.
The belt appears to be similar enough. The length is equal and it in fact does fit on the deck.However after installing about every 10 to 12 rotations, after aligning the blades to be 90° from each other, the timing is off which forced the 2nd blade to cross the other. NOT GOOD.. DO NOT BUY FOR FREEDOM DECK.

The John Deere freedom 42 deck changed belt sizes halfway through production, this belt won't work on early models.

If I could give it fewer star I would.
Belt lasted almost two whole hours before it broke. No it was not over tensioned, just a terrible product. Save money and go buy a real belt from Deere. Lesson learned.

It does not fit a John Deere 42in LT155
Good quality just does not fit a 42 inch John Deere about 6 in too long sent it back

Send me a good timing belt
Chunks of belt came off on about 10” of belt. Am going to try to use it because I don’t have time to return it. It should be replaced because defective.
