I am finding that the 2 powder products start to solidify into a paste when mixed with water. Any suggestions?

Howdy,Thanks for writing. Yes, we've had that problem too. I suppose any cook has it when mixing certain things. Here's what we suggest.(1) Use room temperature water and add ice later, (2) stir while pouring the powder into water, (3) use a blender, (4) pour into a bottle of water and shake really hard. (5) Use a wisk.We found that the Osteo Fx powder is more prone to clumping up than the BTT. It's for this reason that we like the Liquid Osteo-Fx better. It doesn't clump up but you still should shake the bottle before pouring, because it does tend to settle.We hope this fixes your problem. what type of gelatin is used for the "soft gels"?

Are these HSA approved?

I don’t know but I can tell you if you buy them don’t try to board an airplane with this product! I was detained for hours! They finally showed me to put it in my suitcase that I checked in??????
