This is a very complete machine - compact, powerful and versatile. It has all the accessories you need to clean any area of your house. I love to use this for my kitchen and bathroom in particular, but it's also great for carpets, sofas and even my car. Compared to another steamer Ive used, this one has a special attachment on the brush that makes it easier to glide on carpets. Also, the fact that you can use it for hours without needing to wait for it to cool down and reheat is a big big plus! As for every other steamer, you have some water dripping in the first 30/40 seconds of use, but then the steam becomes dry and you're good to go. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase, especially in these times, where cleaning and sanitizing are particularly important. I definitely recommend this steamer!

I love this machine - so easy to use and reliable. It gets the grime off so easily and in all the little cracks/crevices I can't usually get to using typical products or toothbrushes :) With Covid I've been using chemical cleaning products multiple times a day and I've been looking for a way not to be so dependent on them. I also have allergies so it makes me happy to know I'm deep cleaning and removing the dust mites - what a relief! I can carry it around to different parts of the house and it stays heated so I can efficiently clean. I was thinking of purchasing the commercial cleaner, but this works perfectly for my needs and is a great price. Very happy with this purchase - cuts my lysol bills in half.

The first time I used it, I was impressed. Light, dry steam, cleaned well. The next time I used it, it sputtered water a lot. The third time I used it, it did nothing but stream water. No steam AT ALL. Don't waste your money

UPDATE to UPDATE: It appears that the water was leaking on the side of my tank due to calcium build up. I used a small tube of kalstop in the tank (not the plastic tank for water, but the main heavy tank) with 3 oz of water. I turned the machine on and waited a few minutes. The machine was able to pump out steam, finally. The water in my location is heavy with deposits, so perhaps it's a better idea to use distilled water or purified water before using this, or else you will end up with deposits and it will stop working. Make sure to buy kalstop so you can get rid of the deposits! I took away one star because it seems difficult to find plain instructions on how to fix this issue.UPDATE: side gasket is leaking after less than two years of light use. Doesn't seem to be a fix for this, and the warrantee no longer applies according to the company. I wasted a lot of money on something that broke after 1 1/2 years of light use. There doesn't seem to be a cheap remedy for this when I search for fixes online. Two stars because it seems to be super handy when it WORKS.I let this collect dust for a while, they tried to use it on the inside of a sticky oven. It really melts off grease! I even use it on pots and pans (my water pressure is ridiculously low), this literally melts the fat and grease off pans! It seems to really clean the dirt off many surfaces without a ton of scrubbing! It seems that one can use a towel around the attachment, too, so it wipes up dirt with the steam!I just wish the attachments were easier to purchase, it seems difficult to find them.I'm a klutz, so it is sometimes difficult to maneuver, but I didn't buy the top tier version of this, either.

I am editing my original review! I was contacted today by phone regarding my steamer and original review. A new unit will be shipped out to me tomorrow! I’m so thankful. As I said originally I love my steamer! And have been lost without it. I use it for everything! from general dusting, to floor clean, to car detail. It has saved me hour. I so thankful it is being replaced and this one has to 2 year warranty! Absolutely thrilledI started out loving my steamer.I purchased this streamer for the continuous fill feature and adjustable output dial.I had a Wagner streamer previously but they didn’t offer a model with these key features when I purchase this one.My Wagner streamer I had for 2+ year with no issues and heavy use. Regretfully I sold my Wagner to help with the cost of this of POLTI.I had my POLTI for 6 months and it has already quite working. Boiler will not fill. And I can not get anyone to contact me regarding the warranty.Do not waste your hard earned money like I have.

I received my steam cleaner yesterday - open it and read the instruction book. Then I put in the water and had only one problem - I am tired because the cleaner does such an excellent job of cleaning I can not stop cleaning everything in the house. After reading the instructions which were well written - the steamer is very easy to use. It might be a bit heavy for older people once you put in the water because of the water weight when topped off. Steamer is easy to manuever - move well on its wheels and when you finish easy to store because of the way the storage is arranged. In addition it has ample attachments to clean everything. I highly recommend this steamer
