Standard Furniture Lincoln Chofa Sofas, Grey

Bought this for my son's first apartment. I opted for the home deliver (don't do) and was given a date. About two days before an animated phone message said it's delayed, but when I called back it said it was on time delivery. So we waited. No delivery. Then a phone call it was delayed - by a real human - and a new delivery time. Ok, so we wait that day. No delivery. Out of no where it's delivered one day - like on the front porch of his apartment and no, they don't take it inside. Ok. So now we think the problem is over. Noooooooo.......it's just begun. We have gotten phone call after phone call for weeks it's going to be delivered next week. Delivery drivers show up with sofas. It's like out of a Seinfeld sitcom!! I go online here and it shows as canceled.No one to email to tell them we got it, so either I'm paying nothing or I'm paying for about 12 sofas now.Beware if you chose the delivery - 3 Blind Mice delivery service will stalk you!! Other than that, the sofa is great. Fits a small space great and easy to put together. Just wish they'd stop calling.

Everything with instructions is challenging for me, but I didn’t have to take it back apart and start over, so it went pretty smoothly. I love the way it looks and it is very comfortable. Not thrilled with the pillows, but that is not why I bought the couch! Very good looking.
