These are great magnesium oxide herbal supplements Nature made has always had great quality herbal supplements. When you take their herbal supplements you feel the difference in your body quickly, at least for me I notice a difference quickly.

I bought this because i am pregnant and the Socorro recommended lees than 500 mg so this is working perfect. I always take one pill every night and help me a lot relaxing my muscles and get a good sleep.
